The Miss Winter 2019 Mutare pageant will set ablaze the coldest month of the year at Courtauld Theater on 8th of June 2019 under the theme "Empowering The Girl's Child In Today's Society To Impart generational Change". This campaing is designed to showcase beauty with brains from the East (Manicaland) across the globe and raising value on the modelling career wiping stereotypes that have been long associated with model's behaviour at the same time giving Mutare new edutainment.
